The service

YouChannelBrains (“we”, “the service”) turns publicly available YouTube content into question-answerable, citation-backed “brains”. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Fair use

• Use the service only with content that is publicly available.
• No scraping, resale, or bulk redistribution of the underlying transcripts.
• No attempts to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent plan limits.
• Respect the rights of creators: answers cite their videos, and the service is designed to send viewers to the source, not replace it.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (brains, monthly answers and articles, videos per brain) are enforced automatically and may evolve; we won’t reduce what you’ve already paid for mid-cycle. Free-plan allowances are a one-time trial and do not renew.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no questions, no forms, no “what went wrong” interrogation. This is on top of, not instead of, the statutory withdrawal rights EU consumers have for distance contracts. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Answers are grounded, not guaranteed

Answers are generated by AI from creator transcripts, with citations so you can verify at the source. They may contain mistakes and are not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice. Verify before acting — that’s what the citations are for.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
